Ingredients :
- 5 cups fresh Curd
- 1/4 Red Capsicum ( small cubed )
- 1/4 Yellow Capsicum ( small cubed )
- 1/4 Green Capsicum ( small cubed )
- 1/2 Tomato ( small cubed )
- 1/2 Cucumber ( small cubed )
- 1 medium size Onion ( small cubed )
- Red Chili powder
- Jeera powder
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper
- Coriander Leaves
- Green Chillies
- Sugar
Method :
- Take a clean bowl and whisk the curd in it till it turn smooth enough.
- Add the red chilli powder, jeera powder, salt and black pepper and mix it well with the curd.
- Now add all the vegetables and chopped coriander leaves in it and again mix it properly. Add more salt if required.
- Add a pinch of sugar.
- Transfer it into a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
- Refrigerate and serve it cool with your meal.
