Boondi Raita

Main Ingredients : Curd / Boondi

Ingredients :
- 75 grams Boondi
- 2 cup fresh curd
- 1/2 tbsp Jeera ( roasted and crushed )
- Red chili powder
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
Method :
- First take a clean bowl and whisk the fresh curd till it turns soft and smooth.
- Now add the Boondi, roasted heera powder, red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt to it and mix it well all together and refrigerate it and serve it chilled with the meal.
Note : Before serving check that the Boondi turns soft .
